Here we go again, 30 Hour Famine 2014 with World Vision.
At my church, the youth groups are coming together and participating in the 30 hour famine. We did it for the first time last year and it went really well. The kids learned a lot and were excited to be able to make a difference for others. The requested we do it again this year and now it has come. There are more kids signed up this year and they have raised almost $3000. I am so proud of them. This is so exciting. This is a wonderful opportunity not only for the kids but also for myself to raise our awareness about the worldwide poverty issues such as hunger, economic crisis and the lack of education.
