A few weeks ago, I had a few of my former youth group girls over to do some baking. One of the girls found this awesome video from Buzz Feed on baking a cake inside an egg.
So we tried our best, we made a cookies and cream cake batter with cookies and cream frosting on top. It was delicious. Props to these girls for being innovative and creative. We made only 6 egg cakes and used the rest of the batter for cupcakes.
It was so much fun to catch up with these girls. After they had moved up to the high school group, I don’t get to see them as often. I’m so thankful for them as they have impacted my life greatly. Continuing to pray for them and be there for them. Looking forward to more baking nights!
